am I doing the correct things?

some ppl say you are playing,go to interview and refuse all the offer.
but have they think that, is the offer/company suit u? Is it your future career path?
If only see $ then that kind of companys is everywhere. Think about promotion, you future step. Think about at least 1 year after, what will you do. Change a job is not a easy thing.
When you go into a company , and u find you don't like. Then what you will do? leave immediatly? it waste your time, not time; is life, is chance.
every step should make it very careful...
